⁵ - We guarantee no other fee for a minimum of two years. Some of the situations that may result in asking for a fee after the 2 years period will include: new legislation regarding taxation of Internet businesses, our Internet service providers charging us based on traffic, etc.

⁷ - The price includes one update/upload of the information and banner. The banner and information can be updated as often as needed for a fee of US$15 per update. An update can be performed in less then 24 hours, depending on the geographical location of the customer.

⁸ - Those that placed deceptive ads on some websites calling themselves "search engines" (in fact Internet billboards, with little or no value for Internet surfers searching for information), do not need incentives to place ads on our website. They have probably already experienced first hand the quality of the "visitors" to their websites, coming from the "search engines" they have used.

⁹ - No other banners or external links on the page. The only hyperlinks on the page are to other pages on our website.

¹⁰ - No other banners or external links on the page, from competitive products or companies.

SMPS Power Supplies reserves the right to reject or terminate any advertisement, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, belief by SMPS Power Supplies that the ad placement may subject SMPS Power Supplies to criminal or civil liability. The only compensation to Advertiser will be a prorated refund of the cost of the ad, paid to SMPS Power Supplies.

Advertisers on www.PowerSupplies.net represent and warrant to SMPS Power Supplies and third parties, that Advertiser holds all necessary rights to place the ad, and that the use of any material to which users can link, or any products or services made available to users, through the advertisement will not (i) violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties; (ii) contain any material that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law. Advertiser agrees to defend SMPS Power Supplies from and against any third party claim (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by Advertiser in such defense), arising out of or related to (1) breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties, (2) any third party claim arising from the content or targeting of an advertisements provided by Advertiser, or any material to which users can link, or any products or services made available to users, through the ad placed by Advertiser.
